Statue Libere 

Statue Libere is a collective exhibition featuring artists Wilhelm Gunkel, Mauro Lima, Daniel Robert, and Dimitry Bayer, presented at Gabh AC Contemporary Art in Berlin.

The exhibition brings together a constellation of diverse yet resonant practices, exploring the tensions between form and freedom, permanence and transformation.
From digital distortion to material traces, from political presence to poetic abstraction, each artist reinterprets the concept of “statue” not as a fixed monument, but as a fluid symbol — something that resists immobility and invites redefinition.

"Statue Libere" becomes a manifesto in motion:
a call to deconstruct the rigid, to liberate the sculptural, and to reclaim artistic gesture as a space of personal and collective emancipation.

Through photography, sculpture, installation and hybrid media, the exhibition opens up new imaginaries — fractured, dynamic, and radically human.
